The office visit was as perfect as it can be when going to the dentist. I am phobic of the sound of drills and was told to bring my headphones next visit to calm my nerves which was an awesome suggestion. Dr. Oushy was professional and very reassuring for my initial visit. She explained the process step by step and made me feel very comfortable with each procedure. The entire staff is great at their individual duties. The highlight of my visit was LaNita the heart of the office. She is welcoming and comforting and she makes an appointment feel like a visit with a family member. I heard her on the phone as I waited in the lobby and I can only imagine that the caller in the other end felt the warmth in her voice. If you're looking for a new dentist look no further than GPMD. My new favorite dentistry! As someone who isn’t fond of health based appointments (especially some that may lean into surgical territory) this place helped me be more comfortable with the idea. I went from “I’d rather not deal with the trouble of it all” to “this is necessary for my health and I will be treated well there”. The staff are very polite and walk you through what treatments will need to be done excellently. I’ve been much more careful with my oral health since then. Thank you staff!
